Posted on Tue, Jul 12, 2011
Drumroll...we're thrilled here at BetterWorks HQ to announce our latest hire, Nicole Jordan, in the role of Director of Communications. All our wooing finally bore fruit, and we’re lucky to have one of LA’s finest on board. Nicole will be focused on managing overall communications strategy for the company, including public relations, thought leadership and corporate communications.
CEO Paige Craig had this to say about our new hire:
"The employee benefits & rewards sector is a massive, three trillion dollar space filled with conflicting messages, crappy products and multiple stakeholders. Nicole is the one person I turned to when I realized I needed a seasoned professional to craft and execute a communication strategy that addresses the needs of employers, employees and vendors."
We asked Nicole to share her thoughts...
“I’m very excited to be joining Betterworks, one of LA’s finest stand-out start-ups. The opportunity is the perfect combination of all the things I love about working with start-ups - a big vision, first-to-market advantage, the application of technology to automate a billion-dollar+ industry, experienced executive team, rock star employees, an impressive investor roster and aggressive growth plans. And, I get to work with peers I’ve known for years and greatly respect. Taking Paige up on his offer was a no-brainer.”
Thanks Nicole and we’re glad to have you on board! You can follower her on Twitter at: @nicolejordan.
