HR tech is evolving rapidly and demand is up by an unprecedented rate. The market grew by 10 percent in 2018 alone. In this report, industry analyst Josh Bersin outlines what HR tech will look like as it enters its teens. In a nutshell, be prepared to see companies increasingly adopting cloud-based HR solutions and spending more money on AI tools, as well as workplace apps that are as intuitive as consumer-facing technology.
